Sunny Clachan Sands, a joyful love session on North Uist

Last week I had an adventure around North Uist with my wee family and we ended up at Clachan Sands. It is such an awesome beach, though the weather was no where near as good as it was in these photos! Our trip reminded me of this pre-wedding shoot I did on a gloriously sunny day in July. Unfortunately when the wedding day came around the weather wasn’t quite as nice! But it was still an amazing wedding of course! I will hopefully share that with you soon, but for now here is a few photos of Peter & Eilidh enjoying the sunshine on their favourite beach in North Uist!

Living back in the Outer Hebrides has been awesome so far. Loving being back home with lots of family around and loving getting the chance to do a bit more exploring . Especially around North Uist and South Uist and of course every other island.

I would love to explore more of Lewis and Harris in the next few years and with more and more bookings up there I think I’m lucky enough that I’ll get to do it!

Every time I’ve been home to capture a wedding I never have enough time to go for adventures and I’m glad I finally have the time to do this. It is even more special that I get to take my husband, son and dog with me too!
